1. Nature of Our Products (Mystery Boxes)

TheGOATBox sells randomized mystery box products containing sealed sports trading card packs and related items.

  • All boxes are randomly assembled

  • Contents vary from box to box

  • No specific packs, players, teams, card values, or outcomes are guaranteed

  • The surprise element is a core part of the product experience

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the randomized nature of our products.

2. No Guarantee of Value

Any references to pack tiers, estimated values, or potential chasers are for informational purposes only.

  • Card and pack values fluctuate based on market conditions

  • Actual value received may be higher or lower than the purchase price

  • TheGOATBox does not guarantee resale value or profitability

Purchases are made for entertainment, collecting, and enjoyment, not investment purposes.

3. Chasers & Premium Packs

Some products may include limited chaser packs or premium items.

  • Chasers are randomly inserted

  • Chasers are not included in every box

  • Odds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated

The presence or absence of a chaser does not affect eligibility for refunds or disputes.

4. All Sales Final / No Refund Policy

Due to the randomized and sealed nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges

  • This applies whether or not the contents meet personal expectations

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damage

  • Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer

Lost or stolen packages must be addressed with the carrier.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting TheGOATBox to resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to:

  • Contest fraudulent chargebacks

  • Provide transaction records, tracking, and delivery confirmation

  • Refuse future service to customers who abuse chargeback systems

7. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to purchase from TheGOATBox.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

8. Brand Affiliation Disclaimer

Any trademarks, logos, product names, or brand references appearing on our website or within our products are the property of their respective owners.

TheGOATBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any trading card manufacturer, league, team, or brand unless explicitly stated.

9. Gambling & Lottery Compliance

TheGOATBox products are not gambling or lottery products.

  • Every purchase guarantees delivery of physical goods

  • No purchase is required to win anything of value

  • The surprise element is a form of entertainment and does not constitute gambling under applicable laws

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TheGOATBox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, and images are the property of TheGOATBox and may not be used without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which TheGOATBox operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or purchases after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

🇨🇦 Canada Orders & Import Fees

International orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes (GST/HST/PST), duties, and carrier handling or brokerage fees assessed by Canadian customs and the delivery carrier. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

The GOAT Box does not control or collect these fees and cannot estimate or guarantee the final amount due. All customs declarations are completed accurately based on the purchase price in compliance with international shipping regulations.

Delivery times for international orders are estimates only and may be impacted by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid import fees, the order is not eligible for a refund of product or shipping costs.
